Q: How long does it take to receive my sign?
A: Usually 4 to 6 weeks.

Q: What methods of of payment do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards as well as personal and business checks, money orders and PayPal.

Q: Do you supply mounting hardware?
A: Yes we do! We can supply hardware for any situation, wall mounting, hanging brackets, between post mounting, stakes for small signs and portable post stands for traveling situations like horse show tack rooms etc.

Q: Do I have to supply my own artwork?
A: No designing your sign is part of the price. If you do not have your own artwork or logo for us to use on your sign we will layout your sign for you and email you proofs until the design is exactly to your liking.

Q: Can you use my existing logo or artwork?
A: Yes we can.

Q: How do I care for my sign?
A: Merely clean with a dilute solution of dish soap and water when necessary.

Q: Can you match my colors?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you only have set sizes and shapes?
A: No, there are almost no limits to what we can do with your sign.

Q: Will my sign hold up outdoors?
A: Yes. We paint our signs with only the finest quality finishes, at least 2 coats of primer and 3 coats sign enamel. Sign enamel is much more durable than house paint or other exterior paints.

Q: Do you offer only carved signs?
A: No. We make and supply all types of wooden signs and magnetic signs for vehicles.

Q: Can I order by phone?
A: Absolutely. Most of our orders are taken by email, phone or fax machine.
